Attitude is the value; aptitude is only a tool.

New disciplines are created to professionalize business needs that rapid technological advances accentuate. At the same time, the line between formal and informal education is becoming more blurred, and, in this new context, the value of the traditional CV is questioned, and it becomes clear that what is essential is what we could call an experiential CV.

Universities are making their access policies more flexible to minimize entry barriers and offer exciting possibilities to the broader public. At the same time that admission policies are being transformed, accreditation models are also being changed: micro-credentials are appearing.
Learning is earlier, and schooling faces a new challenge (cyber preschool / cyber elementary school) as methodologies, teachers, and educational and didactic materials still have to bridge a significant digital divide.
Lifelong learning is no longer a matter of professional retraining; it is a matter of adaptation and professional but also personal evolution. Business and Society converge in the need to articulate training at all stages around the STEAMP axis: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Maths and Philosophy.
Educational institutions are immersed in one of the last century’s most critical periods of reinvention. Not only do they need to play an active role in the digital transformation, but they also need to play a leadership role in the new models of city, society and government emerging in the immediate future.
